Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is perfectly suited for me with the kitchenette and all necessary utensils. The rooms are good but could use a bit of an upgrade; it would have been nice to have coffee and creamer provided. The service was extremely friendly and helpful, offering assistance willingly. The location is fantastic, right in the middle of Waikiki. The dining options were really good, especially being conveniently located downstairs of the hotel.
Our stay at the hotel was wonderful! The room was clean and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a happy vacation with our family. The service was impeccable, with considerate and helpful staff always going the extra mile. The location was perfect, close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The dining options were convenient, although breakfast could have offered more variety.
The hotel is in a prime location in Waikiki Beach Walk, offering great convenience to the beach, food, and shopping. The rooms, however, were smaller than expected with a peculiar mix of bed options. The service, despite some unhelpfulness, was brightened by genuinely friendly staff. The dining options were satisfactory, and the facilities met expectations.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the room was quite small, especially with the Murphy Bed unfolded, the location was superb, close to the beach and surrounded by restaurants and shops. The service was a bit lacking in friendliness at times, and the added expenses were a downside, such as the pricey daily parking and required tipping. The dining options were convenient but lacked breakfast offerings.
The hotel is situated right in the heart of everything, just a block away from the beach and surrounded by shops and restaurants. The rooms are a little small but adequately equipped with a door, TV, closet, and a good-sized private bathroom. However, some rooms were described as small, dirty, and outdated. The service was generally friendly and helpful, though there was an incident where a staff member directed me to another contact due to their shift ending soon. The location is a highlight, offering easy access to the beach, shopping, and dining options. The dining options were good but slightly pricey, and the hotel offers in-house dining and breakfast. Facilities include a grocery shopping service, shops, laundry, valet parking, and tours/ticket assistance.
The hotel rooms were a great size with very good facilities, although a bit small when the fold-down bed was in use. The service was super friendly and helpful during our stay, only a bit less attentive at checkout. Location-wise, it was fabulous, just a block from the beach with plenty of dining options nearby. The dining experience was really good, especially being conveniently located downstairs. The facilities were excellent and included a self laundry area.
The hotel was conveniently located near the beach and various dining options. The rooms were decently sized and had all the necessary amenities, although they could feel cramped when using the fold-out bed. The service was generally friendly and helpful with a few exceptions. The location was superb for beach access and exploring nearby attractions. The dining experience was enjoyable, especially the convenience of having options right downstairs. Overall, a good value for the money with a few minor drawbacks.
The hotel is in a prime location, right between Kalakaua and the beach, with many shops and restaurants nearby. The rooms are a bit tired looking and could use an update, but they are spacious and can accommodate up to 5 devices, which can be a bit challenging with multiple guests in one apartment. The service is exceptional, especially for families needing extra space, and there are convenient amenities like grocery shopping service and valet parking. The dining options are pleasant, with the in-house restaurant located just downstairs. Overall, the hotel offers a great value for the money with its fantastic location and friendly Aloha service.
The hotel had spacious rooms with balconies, equipped with pullout couch, murphy bed, and kitchenette, perfect for a family of six. I loved the ceiling fans in both rooms, adding a nice touch to the comfort. The service was incredibly helpful and professional, especially the valet staff who went above and beyond. The location was fantastic, close to the beach and shopping areas with good dining options nearby. The dining experience offered everything you need, even a self-laundry area, though the breakfast selection might be a bit limited. Overall, a great value for money stay with excellent facilities.
